1. What Is Staylogy?

Staylogy is your new-age home renting solution. It’s a co-living space where you will find the best homes with fine amenities and services; it’s a space where you will meet like-minded strangers; it’s where you will get to experience a luxurious lifestyle while not paying a premium.

1. What Are The Don’ts At Staylogy?

Every house has rules. And while Staylogy homes are designed to give you all the basic amenities at your disposal, here’s what you need to keep in mind during your stay here: At all times you must avoid:

  1. Abusive or foul language.
  2. Harassment in any form to anybody present within the premises.
  3. Fight/quarrel with the other occupants of the building/instigating the other occupants to fight.
  4. Smoking and use of alcohol except in designated areas.
  5. Possession of drugs, explosives & weapons.
  6. Conducting any kind of illegal business.
  7. Alterations to the premises, any electrical damages or furnishings. 

Please note: You shall not cause any damage to the premises or building. In case of any such damages caused, you will be liable to pay the cost of repairs/replacement due to such damage. If you fail to pay the cost, the same will be deducted from the deposit and the balance cost of the repairs will be claimed from you.

2. What If We Accidentally Damage Any Equipment?

Staylogy is a friendly, co-living space. However, we expect our guests to be careful and mindful of their actions. Staylogy will be entitled for reimbursement of the repairs cost from the guest if any damage is caused by them on the property, and to any of the below -mentioned items: 

  1. Any damages to electrical items.
  2. Physical damages to electronics items.
  3. Physical damages caused to any of the furniture or furnishings.
  4. Damages to bath fittings.
  5. Damages to any of the kitchen appliances.
  6. Replacement of any part for any of the above-mentioned appliances.
  7. Damages to any of the items (Sports/Gym Equipment, Games, Electronics, Furniture, Walls and artwork) in the common spaces.
3. What Are The House Rules?

At Staylogy, our expectations from our guests are simple: treat this like your own house. While we expect you to have a happy comfortable experience, we also don’t wish for it to be on any inconvenience to other guests or us. For the same, remember to: 

  1. Keep the noise level within the tolerance of others in the premises and reduce if requested to do so. 
  2. No noise shall be caused between 10PM and 6AM.  
  3. Kindly keep the premises clean and tidy. 
  4. Ensure your belongings are kept within your designated area.
  5. Keep the common area clean after you for others to enjoy the facilities of the premises
4. Is There Any Housekeeping Service?

Yes. Staylogy, in fact, has fantastic and timely housekeeping services. And through the staff that comes home, you can expect: 

  1. Cleaning the bathroom (thrice a week).
  2. Sweeping and mopping the floor in the hall, bedroom, kitchenette, and balconies (thrice a week).
  3. Clearing the trash (thrice a week).
  4. Cleaning the windows and windowpanes (twice a month).
  5. Dusting the furniture (thrice a week).
  6. It is to be noted that in case you have a pet, cleaning after them is not a part of the services provided. 
5. What Can We Do In Case Of Any Theft Or Damage At Staylogy?

Safety first always. At Staylogy, we take your safety very, very seriously and our top-notch security systems will always ensure you’re looked after. However. Due to any unforeseen circumstances and in case of any theft and damage done to either your personal belongings or ours, here’s what to keep in mind-

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

  1. Tenants are responsible for their belongings. Neither Staylogy nor its vendors shall not be held responsible for any loss to your belongings. 
  2. For general maintenance and/or showing the scheduled premises to any prospective tenants, Staylogy shall keep an extra key of the scheduled premises. It is hereby advised to all the tenants to keep their valuables locked inside the cupboards and not to leave them unattended.

HOME FURNISHING

  1. In the case of theft/loss and damage to any furnishing, appliance or furniture in the house, tenants staying at the scheduled premises at that point of time shall be held responsible.
  2. A reasonable sum shall be deducted from the security deposit towards compensation of the loss/ theft and damage or an amount as mentioned in cancellation & refund policy. In case the recovery amount exceeds the security deposit, the tenants shall be liable to pay the amount.
6. What’s The Deposit & Refund Policy At Staylogy?

Our deposit and refund policies are super swift and transparent. Do you wish to associate with us, here’s all that you need to know:

DEPOSIT PAYMENT TERMS

  1. Tenants need to pay two-month rent as security deposit.
  2. Tenants are required to pay a part of the security deposit, referred as the token deposit, at the time of booking.
  3. The security deposit paid is mentioned in the rental agreement.
  4. Security / token deposit can be paid online.
  5. In the case where a tenant chooses to make an internal transfer or upgrade their current booking type, the difference in the amount of security deposit will be expected to be paid by the tenant before making the actual transfer. In case the new rent is lower, the difference in security deposit is adjusted against the following month’s rent.

REFUND ON CANCELLATION
CANCELLATION BEFORE SUBLEASE START DATE

  1. If the tenant cancels before the sub-lease start date, the token deposit will not be refunded.
  2. If Staylogy cancels before sub-lease start date, the token deposit will be entirely refunded.

REFUND ON MOVE-OUT

  1. The security deposit shall be refunded, after deduction if any as per Staylogy’s policies, within 15 bank working days from the day of move-out.
  2. In case the sub-lease is terminated by the Sub-Lessee within the lock-in period, the Sub-Lessor shall be entitled to deduct one month’s rent which shall be deducted from the security deposit at the time of moving out. 
  3. If the Sub-Lessee terminates the sub-lease during the lock-in period/ after the expiry of the lock-in period without prior intimation of one month to the Sub-Lessor, rent of one month shall be levied on the Sub- Lessee which shall be deducted from the deposit at the time of moving out. 
  4. In case the sub-lessee terminates the sub-lease within the lock-in period and without one month’s notice to the Sub-Lessor, both the Contract termination and notice period charges shall be levied on the Sub- Lessee as a penalty and the same shall be recovered from the security deposit.
  5. Any unpaid rent or utility payments will be deducted from the security deposit.
  6. A charge (as per the contract) will be deducted towards property maintenance charges on opting to move out. This is a fixed charge which every tenant bears upon their exit.
  7. Tenants have to pay for damages, on actuals, in case there’s some damage to the property or its belongings.

REFUND MODE

  1. All refunds shall be processed via online transfer.

REFUND TIMELINE

  1. If the booking is made online, it shall take up to 15 bank working days to process the refund.
1. Can My Partner and I Live In At Staylogy?

We respect an individual’s personal choices, and for the same, we do not have any opposition against unmarried couples living together. However, it is to be noted that this action is taken by the individuals at their own risk and in case of any action taken by the local authorities/police against the couple or any issue raise by the co-occupants, the individuals are solely liable to be dealing with the same and bear the consequences. 

2. Can We Have Any Guests Over At Staylogy?

This is your home and what’s a home without visitors? However, this is also a co-living space and it’s important to keep in mind the comforts/discomforts of the co-occupants. In case of any visitors, here’s what you need to remember:

  1. Day visits are restricted only till 8 PM for all guests.
  2. Overnight stay must be informed to the manager within 8PM cut-off.
  3. An additional charge of Rs. 500 per night per guest shall be levied on you for admitting a guest without receiving prior approval from the management.
  4. You are fully responsible for the actions of your guests.
  5. The guest should not disturb other residents during their stay in Staylogy.
